The personal information we may collect is information that you provide to us voluntarily. We use that information only to keep you informed about what’s happening at ZIVA and in our local yoga community. We may collect information about how our visitors interact with our website through analysis of server logs and through the use of "cookies," which let us know if we’re getting repeat customers, etc.

The easiest way to shop at ZIVA Yoga Essentials is right here online. Just scroll over the categories in the header above to see our products. Then, simply follow the easy steps through the checkout process.

Once you select the checkout link, you will be automatically directed to a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. You can be assured that your personal, billing and credit card information is secure.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with ZIVA Yoga Essentials, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need a tracking number for shipping, contact us at customercare@zivayogaessentials.com

Shipping and Handling

ZIVA Yoga Essentials ships USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, both of which take 2-5 business days. UPS Overnight, 2nd Day, and International shipping are also available.

ZIVA Yoga Essentials is not liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international shipping. We are not involved in, nor do we have any influence over any fees collected by the receiving country's customs agencies.

ZIVA Yoga Essentials does not offer refunds on refused international shipments. Items must be signed for and accepted, and the refund or exchange procedures followed, before any refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Back Orders and Out of Stock

ZIVA Yoga Essentials strives to keep all quantities updated on the website, however, sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on backorder.

If an item you ordered is not currently in stock, we will call you within two business days to find out if you want to wait for that item to be restocked before your order is sent, or if you wish to cancel that item from your current order.

Sales Tax

ZIVA Yoga Essentials is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses.

Returns/Exchanges

Merchandise Returns

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return of merchandise in its original condition for a refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the order.

To return merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to customercare@zivayogaessentials.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Write "Return" in the subject line of your email. We will send you a Return Authorization Number via email. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.
  2. In the body of the email, let us know what you want to return and why.
  3. Fill out the return/exchange form that was included with your original order.
  4. We encourage you to re-use the original packaging when sending the items(s) back, if that packaging is in good, mail-able condition.
  5. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package in this format: RAN# ________________

** Items must be in their original condition to be refunded. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no trace of scent, and with tags attached. If items are not in original condition, they will be returned to you and no refund will be given. If you have questions, please email us at customercare@zivayogaessentials.com

**Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used

**Return shipping for refunds will be paid by the customer unless the item has a manufacturer defect. We check and double check all items before they are shipped out, however, in the event that an item with a defect slips by us, we will credit your shipping costs.

Merchandise Exchanges

Because we want you to be happy with your order and our services, ZIVA Yoga Essentials will happily exchange items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

For exchanges, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to customercare@zivayogaessentials.com to request an Exchange Authorization Number. Write "Exchange" in the subject line of your email. We will send you an Exchange Authorization Number via email. Items sent back without this authorization will not be accepted.
  2. In the body of the email, let us know what you want to exchange and why. Please indicate the style, size, color and quantity of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. Fill out the return/exchange form that was included with your original order. Please indicate the style, size, color and quantity of the item(s) you wish to exchange on this form as well
  4. We encourage you to re-use the original packaging when sending the items(s) back, if that packaging is in good, mail-able condition.
  5. Write the Exchange Authorization Number on the outside of the package in this format: EAN# ________________

** Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your package for your order to be processed and shipped.

**If you are making an exchange of the same item for a different size, ZIVA Yoga Essentials will gladly pay the shipping costs for the exchanged item when we send the new item to you. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will incur the shipping costs both ways.
